Listening, this Sunday morning, November 25, 2018, to Schubert’s “Unfinished Symphony”(1822), motivated me to write this article.
The totalitarian/unconstitutional tax-funded school choice/ charter school with unelected boards agenda is the 21st Century’s “Unfinished Symphony” since it, and other more obvious totalitarian regional government (communist) initiatives already in effect, completes the nightmare a few Americans, educated prior to 1965, understood was coming down the pike.
If one doesn’t recognize the poisonous menu being served to the American people under the banner of “school choice/charters”, read the following from the late Eugene Maxwell Boyce, former professor of educational administration, Bureau of Educational Studies and Field Services, College of Education at the University of Georgia, regarding “communist education being tied directly to jobs–control of the job being the critical point in an authoritarian state.” And remember the USA-USSR Education and Cultural Exchange Agreements signed by Presidents Reagan in 1985 and 1989.

An excerpt follows: In the communist ideology the function of universal education is clear, and easily understood. Universal education fits neatly into the authoritarian state. Education is tied directly to jobs—control of the job being the critical control point in an authoritarian state. Level of education, and consequently the level of employment, is determined first by level of achievement in school. They do not educate people for jobs that do not exist…. No such controlled relationship between education and jobs exists in democratic countries. (p. 4)
Hear President George H. W. Bush, member of The Order of Skull and Bones, Yale University, unabashedly, at the close of Gulf War I, 1991, informed the world of the coming communist world dictatorship aka known as the New World Order.

(2) A MESSAGE FROM PRESIDENT GEORGE BUSH WAS DELIVERED REGARDING THE NATIONAL Youth Apprenticeship Act (House Doc. #102–320, The Congressional Record) on May 3, 1992. Excerpts follow:
I am pleased to transmit herewith for your immediate consideration The National Youth Apprenticeship Act of 1992…. This legislation would establish a national framework for implementing comprehensive youth apprenticeship programs…. These programs would be a high-quality learning alternative for preparing young people to be valuable and productive members of the 21st century work force…. There is widespread agreement that the time has come to strengthen the connection between the academic subjects taught in our schools and the demands of the modern, high technology workplace…. Under my proposal, a student could enter a youth apprenticeship program in the 11th or 12th grade. Before reaching these grades, students would receive career and academic guidance to prepare them for entry into youth apprenticeship programs…. A youth apprentice would receive academic instruction, job training and work experience…. Standards of academic achievement, consistent with voluntary (!!!, c.i.) national standards, will apply to all academic instruction, including the required instruction in the core subjects of English, mathematics, science, history, and geography. Students would be expected to demonstrate mastery of job skills…. My proposal provides for involvement at the Federal, State and local levels to ensure the success of the program. Enactment of my proposal will result in national standards applicable to all youth apprenticeship programs. Thus, upon the completion of the program, the youth will have a portable credential that will be recognized wherever the individual may go to seek employment or pursue further education and training…. I believe that the time has come for a national, comprehensive approach to work- based learning. The bill I am proposing would establish a formal process in which business, labor, and education would form partnerships to motivate the Nation’s young people to stay in school and become productive citizens…. What is the history of Education Secretary Cavazos and President Bush’s work force training agenda, and what does it have to do with the not-so-innocent-sounding “choice” school-to-work agenda which has been in the works since 1945 passage of UN Charter, with the support of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce?
Tax-funded school choice/charters legislation is being implemented across the nation due to initial passage of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) in 1965 and passage of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) in 2015, and to President Trump and his Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos’s stamp of approval for everything included in both atrocious communist pieces of legislation.
Sometimes, when I am exhausted regarding trying to get the truth out about the danger of tax-funded (U.S. Govt.-controlled school choice/ charter schools with unelected boards) I get lazy and cheat:
I just forward the 2014 Reed Hastings You Tube video (scroll down) which probably explains choice/charters better than any of us education researchers can, but especially the following real experts, notably Ann Herzer, Arizona; Cris Shardelman, Washington State, and Mary Thompson, California. They have been, along with “yours truly”, opposing charters for at least thirty-forty years, using impeccable historical research denied the American people due to neoconservative Trotskyite takeover of the true conservative movement, assisted by “far left” Democrats, and controlled corporate media, upon election of President Ronald Reagan.
I, Charlotte, would never have understood much of the communist education restructuring agenda without the input of the above three brilliant patriot education and political researchers. Herzer instructed “know nothing Charlotte”, in 1981, regarding the atrocious Skinnerian “I could make a pigeon a higher achiever by reinforcing it on a proper schedule” animal training method (necessary for political and social brainwashing and workforce training) which comes under many different labels, originally known as Direct Instruction, then Mastery Learning, Outcomes Based Education, Competency Based Education, Performance Based Education, Results Based Education, and finally Effective Schools. (When teachers and parents caught onto the leading national education change agents’ deception, aka “lies”, “they” changed the labels.) Shardelman provided me with one of earliest, really “foundational” educational restructuring documents (late sixties), so she was obviously in the trenches early on. Thompson, who had been researching education from the early nineteen sixties, provided me with research she obtained in 1971, on the ground, in California, related to the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Management System, piloted in California. PPBMS is also known as Total Quality Management (TQM).

My education regarding the over-a-century-long brainwashing for global government came from other education and political patriot researchers and writers as well, especially that of Peggy and Dennis Cuddy, Ph.D. The list is too lengthy to include here, some of whom are long dead, including Norman Dodd, who was Research Director for the the Congressional Investigation of the Tax-Exempt Foundations, 1953, who was told by President of Ford Foundation, Rowan Gaither, that foundations received their instructions from the White House to bring about a merger of the USA and the Soviet Union. Why do I consider the Hastings video so important? Because Hastings, CEO, Netflix, is one of the top leaders in the pro-charter school movement!!!!!! In this video he unabashedly spills the beans regarding the unconstitutionality of the charter school agenda. Watch the Reed Hastings video.
Roy Romer, former governor of Colorado — his is a familiar name to those of us who opposed Outcome-Based Education 25 years ago. In his platform of the National Governors Association, he chaired the Education Commission of the States, and worked to further the agenda of education reform. In case the reader isn’t up to date on Romer, here is his latest bio, which indicates he is still a major change agent in education reform circles, heavily financed by the Power Elite:
On June 7, 2000, he became Superintendent of the Los Angeles Unified School District, where he served for six years…
A May 8, 2006 Los Angeles Times article suggested naming a school after Romer. LAUSD announced that Roy Romer Middle School would open in 2008 in the eastern San Fernando Valley.
On April 25, 2007, Roy Romer began his service as the chairman and lead spokesman for Strong American Schools, a nonprofit project responsible for running Ed in 08, an information and initiative campaign funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Eli and Edythe Broad foundation, aimed at encouraging 2008 presidential contenders to include education in their campaign policies.
No one would or will listen to any of us education researchers regarding our concerns related to tax-funded school choice/charters with unelected boards agenda because filthy/evil/corrupt media (both liberal CNN and neoconconservative Trotskyite FOX) et al, are controlled by those who want the Soviet polytechnical system (aka the communist/fascist planned economic system) presently being implemented in order to spin off profits for the global elite, spin $$s off of the backs of our children and subsequent generations, called for by Carnegie Corporation in Conclusions and Recommendations for the Social studies, 1934, available at American Deception.com (type “Conclusions” into search box upper right corner).
Here is a quote taken from a description of Carnegie Corporation’s “Conclusions and Recommendations” report:
“Conclusions and Recommendations for the Social Studies”, funded by the tax-exempt Carnegie Corporation of New York, published in 1934, is the most important report ever written on the future of American education. All its recommendations and its philosophy are an intrinsic part of education in the United States today. Professor Harold Laski, a philosopher of British socialism, said of this report: “At bottom, and stripped of its carefully neutral phrases, the report is an educational program for a ‘Socialist America’. One excerpt from this important report reads “The implications for education are clear and imperative: (a) the efficient functioning of the emerging economy and the full utilization of its potentialities require profound changes in the attitudes and outlook of the American people, especially the rising generation–a complete and frank recognition that the old order is passing, that the new order is emerging, (pp. 34-35).
If everyone reading this email would put aside one-two hours to very carefully read “Carnegie’s Conclusions and Recommendations…” and would forward the above American Deception.com link to ALL Americans and foreigners via social media, Facebook, etc. with their own comments regarding its enormous significance related to continued freedom for generations to come, we “might”, repeat “might” be able to launch a silent revolution to thwart this totalitarian plan. We must not allow a revolution in the streets (the deliberate turning of Americans of all incomes, races, and religions against one another..remember when we all got along regardless of race, religion or politics?) as is the goal of the elite, in order to take us down into what Carnegie has had planned for the USA since the early years of the twentieth century and earlier.
“Conclusions and Recommendations” is so shocking that each time I leaf through its pages I really cannot believe what I am reading. It is impossible to select most important quotes since the book itself is one HUGE AND SIGNIFICANT QUOTE in and of itself, and represents a plan to eliminate freedom from not just our United States of America but from all nations who cooperate with Carnegie’s treasonous plan”COMMUNIST GLOBAL GOVERNMENT” also known as AGENDA 21/AGENDA 2030/NEW WORLD ORDER/SMART CITIES, ETC, referred to by President George H.W. Bush (above You Tube video) as “The New World Order”.
Read “Tragedy and Hope”, pages 1247 and 1248 (original publication) by historian for the Council on Foreign relations, Carroll Quigley, former President William Clinton’s mentor, to find out how the industrialists planned and succeeded in late 1880s in choosing Republican and Democrat Presidential candidates of “their” choice to run against each other, so that no matter who won, “they” would get their choice, since whoever it was had been selected by them!
Quigley, on pages 1247 and 1248 of first edition, 1966, in my possession, says: “The chief problem of American political life for a long time has been how to make the two Congressional parties more national and international. The argument that the two parties should represent opposed ideals and policies, one, perhaps, of the Right and the other of the Left, is a foolish idea acceptable only to doctrinaire and academic thinkers. Instead, the two parties should be almost identical, so that the American people can throw the rascals out at any election without leading to any profound or extensive shifts in policy.”
