I, Charlotte Thomson Iserbyt, must admit that I was one of the “duped” Republicans Gary Arnold is talking about. Southern California Republicans (United Republicans of California…UROC) warned Charlotte regarding Reagan before she went to Washington. However, Charlotte, wouldn’t listen to them; thought they were “off the wall”, and went to Washington, and found out.
I now admit to my initial naivety regarding the complicity of Ronald Reagan in planning the demise of our Constitutional Republic, primarily through education change from academics to Soviet polytechnical (workforce training/tax-funded charter schools with unelected boards) in order to spin off profits for the global elite. Yes, I am a “broken record”.
I had to, while working as a Sr. Policy Advisor in the U.S. Dept. of Education, confront the betrayal of our nation. I had to see “it” on paper in order to conclude that I would be no part of the corporate/communist school to work agenda of the Dept. of Education in bed with the corporations. I then leaked to the formerly true conservative D.C. journal Human Events the DRAFT of Project B.E.S.T. (Better Education Skills Through Technology) a federally-funded grant, which would control curriculum (using the computer, which B.F. Skinner, behavioral psychologist, called “his box”) in all schools of America. I couldn’t believe one page in the draft which was marked “CONFIDENTIAL” which stated “what ‘we’ can control and manipulate” and it listed “task force members, content of the curriculum, etc.”

ASSOCIATION FOR EDUCATIONAL COMPUTING AND TECHNOLOGY (AECT—A SPIN-OFF OF THE NATIONAL EDUCATION ASSOCIATION received an $855,282 federal contract for “Project BEST” (Better Education Skills through Technology) in 1981. An explanatory brochure states:
WHAT IS PROJECT BEST? Project BEST is a cooperative effort involving both the federal, state, and local government and the private sector in the planning and use of modern information technologies to improve the effectiveness of basic skills, teaching and learning.
On a sheet circulated within the U.S. Department of Education as an internal document entitled “Project BEST Dissemination Design Considerations,” there appeared the following information:

What We Can Control or Manipulate? = State participation/selection process
Role of advisors
Content of program
Training of state leaders
Resource people utilized
Basic skills content areas emphasized
Perception of need to use technology
BEST’s promotional flyer blatantly discussed how the project would serve not just in education, but for other program areas as well, to implement the national/international management system (MBO, PPBS, TQM). It stated:
“In addition, the State Team approach and the communications network with professional associations and other groups established by the project will serve as a model for the states in implementing similar efforts in other areas of education, or in such program areas as health, human services, housing, transportation, etc.”
So-called leading conservatives groups such as national Heritage Foundation (which has control groups in all states); Council for National Policy, and associated neocon media)from the very day Human Events published that article, which resulted in my being fired from my position, perpetuated the lie regarding Reagan being a patriot. They very effectively boycotted everything I have written or project I have initiated, including the most recent 8-disc DVD set which covered the “Exposing the Global Road to Ruin through Education” conferences several years ago, at which leading education researchers and traditional public school teachers presented “their” proof of treason through the schools.
If this article of mine reaches the above people, I say: “If the shoe fits, wear it”.
And we blame the Democrats for this tragedy? When Reagan was elected in 1980 the Democrats realized they could finally, after years of funding of values and Constitution- destroying curriculum for our children, the imposition of regional government (communism), etc. sit back and live their taxpayer-funded cushy lives in D.C.
The Reagan Revolution, and above neoconservative Trotskyite traitors, would finish the Democrats job: dictate the final chapter of Carnegie Corporation’s 1934 plan to use the schools “to change the U.S. capitalist economic system to a planned economy and in some cases to take our land.” Conclusions and Recommendations for the Social Studies, 1934, available at American Deception.com. Which is going in right now under President Trump and SecEd DeVos’s stamp of approval of “tax-funded school choice charters with unelected boards (for implementation of Soviet polytechnical workforce training…lifelong) and UN Agenda 2030 “land grabbing and Constitution destroying” policies being implemented across the nation.

I am tired of having to type citation links for people to click on. ALL proof/documentation of treason through the schools is available, more than anyone would ever need if this subject of “treason” went before a fair judge. He/she would say “guilty of treason, hands down”.
That judge might also find the very people who claimed to cherish our way of life and our Republic, under the United States Constitution, “very guilty, hands down”…perhaps even more guilty than the Democrats who have conducted their treasonous operation in open (for all to see).
I have admitted my partial complicity in all of the above due to my trusting Ronald Reagan. When the truth of Reagan’s duplicity stared me in the face, I had to blow the whistle.
Too late? I don’t know.
Professor Carrol Quigley, historian for the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) warned us:
“The argument that the two parties should represent opposed ideals and policies, one, perhaps, of the Right and the other of the Left, is a foolish idea acceptable only to doctrinaire and academic thinkers. Instead, the two parties should be almost identical, so that the American people can “throw the rascals out” at any election without leading to any profound or extensive shifts in policy.”
