What’s next? Will the appointed City Manager Jennings leave to move onto greener pastures (he is a close friend and has worked in the Obama White House, Justice Dept., and as S&B John Kerry’s election manager during his run for President. Kerry also is deeply involved in Smart Cities initiatives.) Jenning’s possible departure would allow present Asst. City Manager, former Police Chief Sauschuck, recently appointed, to be City Manager, to become permanent City Manager, and would fit beautifully into the Community Oriented Policing System scenario laid out in the Jean Gang Plan.
Above paragraph is just speculation, of course, but it could be the plan since Chief Sauschuck, prior to Jennings becoming City Manager, did a long stint as temporary City Manager.
