The UPDATE section (first sixteen pages out of total 416 pages in this updated/abridged version of 3D) are extremely important. Many Americans who have the original 3D, 1999, may not have read those sixteen pages.
I urge those on my list to read those sixteen pages. They are loaded with information to which few people have access.
