President Gorbachev himself calls the European Union “the New European Soviet.” When the a USA merges with Canada and Mexico (North American Union) a proposal which was being widely discussed on CNN about ten years ago, Lou Dobbs raised such a stink on CNN they fired him. That balloon should never have been floated. The American people FINALLY woke up. When “it” happens, and it will now that we have more dumbed-down Americans and older ones who have died off, Gorbachev, if he is still alive, will have his “dream come true”, and will be able to refer to that merger as “the New American Soviet”. A soviet is a council. Regional government uses the “unelected council (soviet) form of government.”
(1) REGIONALISM IS COMMUNISM
(a) THE DAILY WORLD OF NOVEMBER 8, 1975 CARRIED A VERY INTERESTING ARTICLE ENTITLED “Planning Is Socialism’s Trademark” by Morris Zeitlin. The Daily World (newspaper of the Communist Party USA) was formerly known as The Daily Worker and was founded in 1924. The importance of this article lies in its blatant admission that regionalism, which is gradually becoming the accepted method of unelected governance in the United States (unelected councils and task forces, participatory democracy, public-private partnerships, etc.) is the form of government used in democratic socialist and communist countries. The following are excerpts from this article:
“Cities in industrially advanced countries develop complex economic, social and political interaction. In this process, major cities tend to consolidate neighboring smaller cities and settlements into metropolitan regions. Rationally, metropolitan regions should constitute governmental units having comprehensive planning and administrative powers within their boundaries. In our country (the United States), rival capitalist groups, jealously guarding their special prerogatives, have rigidly maintained the traditional boundaries of states and counties while national economic and social development has created metropolitan regions that overlap those boundaries. We have no regional government and no comprehensive regional planning to speak of. Regional government and planning remain concepts our urban scholars and planners have long advocated in vain…. In socialist countries, metropolitan regions enjoy metropolitan regional government and comprehensive planning. Of the many regions on the vast territory of the Soviet Union, the Moscow Region commands special attention, for it has been, since the 1917 Revolution, the country’s economic and political center. The economic and functional efficiencies and the social benefits that comprehensive national, regional and city planning make possible in socialist society explain the Soviet Union’s enormous and rapid economic and social progress. Conversely, our profit-oriented ruling capitalist class makes comprehensive social and economic planning impossible, causing waste and chaos and dragging the entire nation into misery and suffering as its rule deteriorates and declines.”
(2) HOW HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF
Many of documents at American Deception.com came from the extraordinary library given to me in 1985 by a close friend of mine, whose father, independently wealthy, was a covert agent, U.S. Navy, WWII who, in 1945, with three similar-minded U.S. Navy friends with whom he had served, compiled many documents obtained during WWII, and continued to maintain an underground library of original government documents, many now declassified, and heretofore non-published/non-revisisonist history. He knew I was onto the demise of our Republic of the United States of America, mainly through regional government (communism) and education. Included in his huge library was an original copy of Proofs of a Conspiracy, 1798, by Prof. John Robison, Scottish Rite Mason, considered in late 1700s in Europe and elsewhere as a scholar in many subjects. Robison wrote his book after visiting France, post-French Revolution, where he studied French Orient Free Masonry. Robison’s book is available on Internet from third-party book sellers. Quotations I never forgot follow, on page 99-100 of my original 1798 copy of the book. Robison, I have been told, gave this book to George Washington, the father of our Republic, who, I understand, am not sure, after studying it, withdrew from the Masonic Order.

“The baleful effects of general superstition,and even of any peculiar religious prepossession, are now wrongfully inculcated, and the discernment of the pupils in these matters is learned by questions which are given them from time to time to discuss. If so, loyalty to Princes loses much of its sacred character; and the so frequent enforcing of it in our common political discussions may now be easily made to appear a selfish maxim of rulers, by which they may more easily enslave the people; and thus, it may at last appear, that religion, the love of our particular country, and loyalty to our Prince, should be resisted, if, by these partial or narrow views, we prevent the accomplishment of that Cosmo-political happiness which is continually held forth as the great object of the Order. It is in this point of view that the terms and devotion to the Order, which are inserted in the oath of admission , are now explained. The authority of the ruling powers is therefore represented as of inferior moral weight to that of the Order…if any person is more disposed to listen to Princes than to the Order, he is not fit for it, and must rise no higher. We must do our utmost to procure the advancement of Illuminati into all important civil offices.“
(3) DANGERS OF UNLIMITED USE OF TECHNOLOGY TO FACILITATE GLOBAL GOVERNMENT AND CHANGE THE BRAIN
Prior to getting myself fired for leaking to the press Project BEST: BASIC Education Skills through Technology, the major technology grant out of my office in the U.S. Dept. of Education , I had a scary experience.
One evening in 1981,around 6 p.m. while walking across the Dept. of Education parking lot in order to get onto Pennsylvania Avenue to walk home, I felt a presence behind me. This presence (a man’s voice) said “Be careful in your work: technology is far more important than drugs.”) Whether he was friend or foe I will never know, but I didn’t have opportunity to identify him since he quickly melded into the crowd. A leading national journal dealing with technology, shortly thereafter, referred to the leaking of the Project BEST document, as “setting the technology movement back by two years.” Not a giant step, but better than nothing.
Of utmost importance was text at bottom of page two of Project BEST flyer which was made available to ALL state departments of education. Text clearly stated Project BEST was part of a larger agenda related not only to state education departments and “BASIC” education skills, but to use of the Project for other initiatives, and for unconstitutional breaking down of city and state borders (regional government):
“In addition, the State Team approach and the communications network with professional associations and other groups established by the project will serve as a model for the states in implementing similar efforts in other areas of education, or in such program areas as health, human services, housing, transportation, etc.” (The “etc” scares me to death)
In other words, Project BEST was a FEDERAL, not STATE program designed to facilitate implementation of many programs not necessarily related to education, and across state borders, which perpetuated gradual acceptance by uneducated Americans of the unconstitutional concept of regional government implemented by Republican President Nixon in 1972. Constitution clearly states, under Article I, Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution: “No state shall, without the consent of congress…enter into any agreement or compact with another State, or with a foreign power…”
Needless to say, the above Project BEST example is just one of thousands of federal programs designed to destroy state sovereignty, an important concept spelled out so clearly in above quote.
The following quote from “Soviets in the Classroom…America’s Latest Education Fad” illustrates the unconstitutional activities which have taken place since Project BEST, 1981:
In 1985 the U.S.-USSR Education and Cultural Agreement signed by Presidents Reagan and Gorbachev of the USSR, resulted in the following unconstitutional activities related to computer technology taking place in New York State:
“The Copen Foundation/New York State Education Department/Soviet Academy of Sciences agreement that “links students, teachers, administrators in U.S. and Soviet schools by computer and video-telephone lines.” Mr. Copen said “Soviet officials are especially interested in studying the effects of telecommunications on intercultural understanding, teaching methods, and learning outcomes, and that the Soviets have assigned five scientists to monitor the project.” (7).
“This agreement should be challenged on Constitutional grounds since Article 1, section 10 of the U.S. Constitution says “No State shall, without the consent of Congress…enter into any agreement or compact with another State, or with a foreign power…“
(4) My experiences during that two-year stint in the most important office in the world “Office of Educational Research and Improvement”, U.S. Dept of Education, which controlled education internationally and was connected to UNESCO, WORLD BANK, OECD, ETC. came as an unwelcome shock, even though I had served as an elected school board in Camden, Maine, at very time so many of controversial “values/Constitution destroying” programs were being implemented in my school district and across Maine, and had voted against them. To fall into the “pit” from which these programs emanated came as a shock from which I will never recover.
The so-called conservatives, under whom the “ultimate/final” movement towards installation of global (regional/communist) government was officially initiated, included President Reagan, White House Counselor Edwin Meese, Heritage Foundation which drafted the North American Free Trade Agreement, Casper Weinberger, and others, including conservative media. The “wolves in sheep’s clothing”, many of whom belong to the Council for National Policy are NOT friends of our Republic of the USA.
Give me a Democrat who lies “straight in your face” rather than a so-called “conservative” who “lies behind your back”.
I saw too much, including being assigned in 1982 as Dept. of Education liaison to the White House related to the merger of the pubic and private sectors (corporate fascism) which I opposed strenuously, to no avail. This game-changing operation out of the White House was innocently labelled “White House Private Sector Initiative” with no reference to fact it called for a merger between the public and private sector, system used in totalitarian countries and usually referred to as “corporate fascism”. This new political/economic system has recently been carved in stone by passage by Congress of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) in 2015, and by President Trump and his Secretary of Education Betsy Devos due to approval of “school to work agenda, aka Soviet polytechnical education, able only to be implemented through tax-funded school choice/vouchers, charter schools with NO ELECTED BOARDS. Education funding (budget) at the federal, state, and local level combined EXCEEDS funding for Defense! I believe Education funding total in 2018 is $1.1 trillion dollars as compared to Defense funding at $900 plus billion.
As C.S. Lewis said “When training beats education, civilization dies”.
3D, page 198: THE COMING REVOLUTION IN EDUCATION: BASIC EDUCATION AND THE NEW THEORY OF SCHOOLING
(University Press of America, Inc.: Baton Rouge, 1983) by the late Eugene Maxwell Boyce, former professor of educational administration, Bureau of Educational Studies and Field Services, College of Education at the University of Georgia, was published. An excerpt follows:
“In the communist ideology the function of universal education is clear, and easily understood. Universal education fits neatly into the authoritarian state. Education is tied directly to jobs–control of the job being the critical control point in an authoritarian state. Level of education, and consequently the level of employment, is determined first by level of achievement in school. They do not educate people for jobs that do not exist…No such controlled relationship between education and jobs exists in democratic countries.”
The above experiences came as an unwelcome shock from which I will never recover. I, starting in 1982, realized for first time, that true conservatism had been compromised, and that the leadership of both parties, Republican and Democrat, had the same agenda.
Professor Carroll Quigley, mentor to President Clinton, CFR member and historian for the Council on Foreign Relations, and author of Tragedy and Hope, admitted on pages 1247 and 1248 of first edition, 1966, admitted what it had taken me most of my life to acknowledge:
“The chief problem of American political life for a long time has been how to make the two Congressional parties more national and international. The argument that the two parties should represent opposed ideals and policies, one, perhaps, of the Right and the other of the Left, is a foolish idea acceptable only to doctrinaire and academic thinkers. Instead, the two parties should be almost identical, so that the American people can throw the rascals out at any election without leading to any profound or extensive shifts in policy.”
My son understands all of this history (has been helping me since he was fourteen years old) and has posted many original documents at AmericanDeception.com, dating back hundreds of years. Including, recently his posting of the only copy in the world of the Membership List of The Order of Skull and Bones, with background of leading scoundrels behind the present mess we are all looking at. My Dad and grandfather were members of the Order so I had, in 1982, access to membership list which I gave to Antony Sutton who wrote America’s Secret Establishment and How the Order Controls Education in which he used my authentic research on both subjects and the never-before made public Membership of the Order of Skull and Bones.
Kris Milligan (Trine Day Publishing) who published Sutton’s books on The Order, also wrote and published his book “Fleshing Out Skull and Bones”) in which he included a chapter (page 25) by me, Charlotte, entitled “What a Role Model for his Daughters”.
