The Portland, Maine Community Policing Overview (link below) covers every facet of your family’s life. Even I was amazed at the extent to which those involved are going to control all Americans at the local level, lifelong, through the New Policing. This is a MUST READ. Community Education and Community Policing are INTERNATIONAL programs.

Community Policing Overview April 2017 [PDF]

Scroll down to the end of the above Community Policing Overview (which includes at least 50 programs for your community) for “Parents as Partners” services. We old-time researchers wrote extensively on this program in the seventies and eighties, and it disappeared/went underground, but is now back. “They” figure “we” have died off?

Example:

What we can do for Parents as Partners

– Work collaboratively with the DHHS caseworker in conjunction with Parent Partner

– Assist PP with providing information regarding services available connecting within each neighborhood

Regarding COPS involvement in coverup of attempted murder of Samuel Iserbyt:

Patrolman David Argitis is the unelected patrolman/officer in charge of the COPS program in West End Neighborhood section of Portland, Maine where Sam owned house and where the attempted murder of Sam took place. (Portland, Maine has many COPS programs for specific parts of the city). Attempted murder was immediately covered up (by whom we may never know, for sure, since Sam’s attorney was unable to get the case files unlocked). The lie that “Sam shot himself in the leg” was called into 911 by the suspect several minutes after shooting Sam and leaving him in a pool of blood. The suspect’s lie was published on the COPS (unelected public/private partnership between police and citizens) website one week after the attempted murder and at least one week prior to the excellent Portland Police Dept. Report. (see excerpt)

Community Policing

Dave Argitis introduced David Shertz, the Area 5/West End officer on the overnight shift. Both officers engaged the group in a discussion of what happens in the West End during the night. Issues arising from that discussion include:

“The recent shooting on Chadwick Street appears to have been a self-inflicted wound. No arrests have been made. The wounded person is known to PPD but is not expected to be an imminent threat to the neighborhood even after his long recovery.”

This lie was contradicted by the Portland Police Dept.’s Report of Incident which considered Dodge “suspect of elevated aggravated assault” and Iserbyt “victim of elevated aggravated assault” and which contained an eye witness report and other witness reports which were never allowed to see the light of day (included in Discovery materials available to Sam, but otherwise completely censored/no media coverage).

After several unsuccessful attempts by Maine citizens to speak with Patrolman Argitis regarding what happened and why West end Neighborhood association had published lie on its website, Sam asked his lawyer to contact Argitis. Please see response below from Attorney for Portland Police Dept. Let me point out that Ms. _____ has throughout Sam’s ordeal been nothing but helpful to extent she is allowed by the “system”.

Should Sam’s attorney or Sam, as a citizen of the United States of America and a home-owning taxpayer in the City of Portland, Maine, accept as “constitutional” this denial by an unelected police officer to speak with Sam’s attorney? In addition, since when is an unelected police officer allowed to unilaterally inform the attorney for the police department that he refuses to speak with Sam’s defense attorney?

Hi Ms._____,

I am the attorney for the Portland Police Department. Officer Argitis asked me to respond to your email to him about Mr. Iserbyt and Mr. Dodge. Officer Argitis does not wish to talk to you about this matter.

Thank you,

Heritage Foundation 2018 supports Community (Communist-Oriented Policing)

Cops Count, Police Matter: Preventing Crime and Disorder in the 21st Century

Don’t forget Heritage Foundation drafted the North American Free Trade Agreement. Karl Marx supported Free Trade:

“But, generally speaking, the Protective system in these days is conservative, while the Free Trade system works destructively. It breaks up old nationalities and carries antagonism of proletariat and bourgeoisie to the uttermost point. In a word, the Free Trade system hastens the Social Revolution. In this revolutionary sense alone, gentlemen, I am in favor of Free Trade.

The above was first published in French as a pamphlet at the beginning of February 1848 and signed by Karl Marx.

LT. DET. PHIL WORTS, 2001

Robert Trojanowicz, Police Academic, 52

Be sure to read below the most important parts of Worts’ article, words out of the mouth of communist change agent Trojanowicz who invented community policing, and the words of Alinsky, et al.

Community Policing — Communist Oriented Policing

Dr. Trojanowicz admits in no uncertain terms that is what his research is all about:

“It should also be noted that the continuing interest in finding a viable definition for the term community has not merely been an intellectual exercise. The theme underlying much of the research is that once you can identify a community, you have discovered the primary unit of society ABOVE the level of the individual and family that can be mobilized to take concerted action to bring about POSITIVE SOCIAL CHANGE.”

WORTS: JUST in case you doubt the Marxist nature of their concepts of community transformation, Trojanowicz quotes Saul Alinsky, the extreme Marxist change agent of he “60’s who authored Rules for Radicals.”

Alinsky proposed “we begin viewing community through the prism of issues (Issues=problems=crisis= conflict) which, in essence, constitutes the most urgent kind of community of interest.”

TROJANOWICZ: “What community policing does is put an officer in daily face-to-face contact with the community, so that he or she can have the input of the community in setting priorities. Unlike police programs of the past where police administrators or so-called community leaders [formerly “elected”… C.I.] set the police agenda, the community policing movement encourages average citizens to become involved.” (Charlotte: public/private partnerships: no elected officials/ E. German STASI “snitch communist system)

Don’t forget President “Points of Light” George W. Bush called on E. German STASI leader, the late Marcus Wolfe to work in the White House on Internal Passport for USA.

WORTS: Formerly, the police administrators were accountable to the elected officials who were accountable to the voters (representative democracy). This new paradigm that Trojanowicz describes is exactly what Marxist George Lukacs termed “participatory democracy” and is nothing more than the Soviet style council. The United States Constitution was the law of the land (absolute authority) restraining government intrusion into the rights of the individual. The framers designed it to insulate the private realm (the individual) from the public realm (government). Allow me to repeat Lukacs:

LUKACS: “The institutions in socialist society which act as the facilitators between the public and private realms are the Soviets.”

WORTS: By practicing the dialectic, we are removing the only barrier between a tyrannical government and the private citizen. Your neighborhood cop is now that facilitator, the Soviet. Why a police officer?

“In the role of the community ombudsman/liaison (i.e. facilitator), the community policing officer also acts as the community’s link to other agencies. The police are the only governmental agency open 24 hours a day, which makes them the ideal public agent to begin regenerating community spirit.”

The Soviet:

1. A Diverse Group
2. Dialoging to Consensus
3. Over a Social Issue
4. In a Facilitated Meeting
5. To a Predetermined Outcome

Here’s the most recent Jean Gang image for our town/city. I refuse to use the word community (common unity).

ANOTHER JEAN GANG POLICE STATE IMAGE

Article: Can architechture make people trust cops?

Scary: Polis paints an idyllic mix-use complex with sports facilities, outdoor theaters, cafes, places of worship, markets, a community vegetable garden, meditation zones and public housing for cops and community members.

Here’s the article with the image that I have been sending to my list for over three years now. It is interesting that I have had very little reaction from persons on my email list. Why? Are people scared or what?

THEY BETTER BE SO SCARED THEY START SPEAKING OUT AT TOWN MEETINGS, ETC., WHEREVER THEY STILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO SPEAK/ VOTE.
