Privatizers such as Eagle Forum and Heritage Foundation have controlled the pro-family education movement promoting Vouchers and Choice in the United States since the 1970s.
Is it too late to expose these neoconservative organizations for their role in the transformation of education from academics to Skinnerian behavior modification, mainly through their boycotting of all information regarding the dangers to mind, soul, and upward mobility of our children, in order to spin off profits for the global elite and for a global tyranny?
Is it baffling that organizations which call themselves “conservative” promote both Privatization and Skinnerian Methods? For instance:
“Joseph Bast, president of Heartland Institute, stated in 1997,‘Like most other conservatives and libertarians, we see vouchers as a major step toward the complete privatization of schooling. In fact, after careful study, we have come to the conclusion that they are the only way to dismantle the current socialist regime.’ Bast added, “’Government schools will diminish in enrollment and thus in number as parents shift their loyalty and vouchers to superior-performing private schools.’”

What should be a wake-up call to all true conservatives is the fact that the neoconservative Heartland Institute recently released Rewards, a book written by Heartland President Joseph Bast and Professor Herbert Walberg. Rewards promotes the Skinnerian operant conditioning method. Walberg, an internationally recognized behavioral psychologist who has worked closely with noted federally-funded education change agents (Goodlad, Sizer, Raywid, et al) on U.S. Dept. of Education grants, has also written for the ultimate Transformer of children, UNESCO, and has endorsed the Skinnerian/Bloom control method of Mastery Learning/Direct Instruction.

Could it be that the Religious Right find such mind-control techniques useful in creating their own version of a one-world global order? Could members of these organizations think that such techniques might be justified in order to bring about a one-world theocratic or bible-based order?
“Many of the free-market think tanks are secular, but there is a trend toward merging free-market fundamentalism with right-wing religious ideology. The Acton Institute is described by religious historian Randall Balmer as an example of the merging of corporate interests with advocates of “dominion theology.” Dominionism is the belief that Christians must take control over societal and government institutions. The Acton Institute funds events featuring dominionist leaders including Gary North, who claims that the bible mandates free market capitalism or ‘Biblical Capitalism.’”
On September 30-Oct. 2, 1985 the corporate privatizers and the Religious Right got together in Wichita, Kansas for a conference entitled “International Conference on Family Choice and Educational Vouchers”.
The dignitaries included Phyllis Schlafly, Milton Friedman, James Dobson, William Bennett, Tim LaHaye, and T. Boone Pickens. Wichita is, of course, the home town of the major privatizers (Koch and Garvey families). It was Garvey who called for the end of our representative government.
“What Happened in Wichita, Kansas?”
Did this conference represent a merger between the privatizers and the “Religious Right” under the influence of the Dominionists, who believe that the world must be converted before Jesus can return?
If so, it would be appealing to consider Total Quality Management via Bloom and Skinner as an effective system for forcing a biblical conversion of the world. For the privatizers, of course, it spells profits.
This merger, which manifested itself at Wichita, was probably nurtured by the Council for National Policy (CNP), established in 1981, where the social conservatives and non-social conservatives merged to continue their operations.
“A significant forum that brings together free-market power brokers and Religious Right leaders is the Council for National Policy (CNP), a secretive group that has met several times annually behind closed doors since 1981. Richard DeVos described CNP as bringing together the “donors and the doers.” This partnership gives the Religious Right access to major funders, including Richard Mellon Scaife, who are not social conservatives.”
It should come as no surprise, that CNP was founded by Tim LaHaye, and early members included Phyllis Schlafly, Richard Viguerie, Pat Robertson, Jerry Falwell, J. Peter Grace, John Ashcroft, Oliver North, etc.
For those of you who are disillusioned by Ted Cruz’s support of S.306, which puts home schooling in danger of the control of the government, consider the following:
“It looks like Ted Cruz easily won over the Religious Right activists who gathered for the secretive Council for National Policy vetting session.”
Is it any surprise that Cruz supports “Choice”?
And why, along with Ted Cruz, is Republican Mike Crapo a co-sponsor of S.306 bill, introduced by Utah’s Republican Mike Lee?
How many other conservative legislators are vetted by the CNP?
What is the position of the Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA) regarding Reconstructionism (Dominionism)? An article by Mary McCarthy entitled “Reconstruction and Home Education” is essential reading to understand how the Religious Right, the CNP, and the Dominionists overlap. McCarthy quotes William Martin with regard to the following:
“Other noted Reconstructionists include Greg Bahnson, David Barton of WallBuilders, Inc., David Chilton, Gary DeMar of American Vision and Worldview Magazine; Ted DeMoss of Christian Business Men’s Committee; Kenneth Gentry, Jay Grimstead of Coalition on Revival; James Kennedy of Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church; *Tim LaHaye* (Left Behind) of American Coalition for Traditional Values; [It is important to note that LaHaye, who is named as a Dominionist, is the founder of the CNP. Ed.] Mrs. Connie Marshner of Free Congress Foundation; Rev Joseph Morecraft; Gary North of Institute for Christian Economics; Mark Siljander of Global Strategies, Inc.; Randall Terry of Operation Rescue and Rev. Donald Wildmon of American Family Association. Dr. Kennedy, Rev. LaHaye, Mrs. Marshner, Mr. North, R.J. Rushdoony, and Rev. Wildmon are all members of the Council For National Policy.”
McCarthy continues:
“In his excellent 1996 book, With God on Our Side, William Martin used a sampling of the views of several noted Reconstructionists to give a sense of how a Reconstructed America would be: “The federal government would play no role in regulating business, public education, or welfare…[S]ome government would be visible at the level of counties…but citizens would be answerable to church authorities on most matters subject to regulation…income taxes would not exceed ten percent – the biblical tithe – and social security would disappear…[P]ublic schools would be abolished in favor of home-schooling arrangements, and families would operate on a strict patriarchal pattern. The only people permitted to vote would be members of ‘biblically correct’ churches. Most notably, a theonomic order would make homosexuality, adultery, blasphemy, propagation of false doctrine, and incorrigible behavior by disobedient children subject to the death penalty, preferably administered by stoning…a reconstructed America would have little room for Jews, Buddhists, Muslims, Hindus, atheists, or even non-Reconstructionist Christians. ‘The Christian’, one Reconstructionist author has asserted, ‘must realize that pluralism is a myth…R.J. Rushdoony, also regards pluralism as a heresy, since, in the name of toleration, the believer is asked to associate on a common level of total acceptance with the atheist, the pervert, the criminal, and the adherents of other religions.”
Is it just a pipe dream to hope that all members of the Eagle Forum, Concerned Women of America, and other good Americans who have similarly been betrayed by neoconservative organizations, specifically in regard to education, switch their allegiance and take a brave stand and disassociate themselves from the neoconservative movement’s education agenda which includes global workforce training and tax-funded school choice/charters with unelected boards (taxation without representation)?
Please take a look at how good Americans were taken to the cleaners on education, thanks to Phyllis Schlafly, Beverly LaHaye, Secretary William Bennett, Heritage Foundation, and other neoconservative groups who refused to allow the truth regarding the education restructuring plan to get to the American people and especially to parents!
I gave a very short speech at Eagle Forum Conference in Washington, D.C.in 1984, at the time my book ”Back to Basics… OBE… Skinnerian International Curriculum” had come off the press. U.S. Secretary of Education William Bennett attended that conference. I gave him a copy.
Following that speech (a copy of which was handed out to all in the audience) Back to Basics Reform… was boycotted, starting with Phyllis Schlafly of Eagle Forum who told me “nobody will understand it”. We were later told by some of her leading Eagles that I should rewrite it. I understand that a butcher in Georgia who had read it said “I understand that book just fine.” Beverly LeHaye of Concerned Women of America, after inviting me to speak at a CWA conference in New Jersey in the 1980s, would not let me sell Back to Basics at a conference held in New Jersey! (“Back to Basics Reform…or… OBE…Skinnerian International Curriculum” is available as a PDF…)
“the deliberate dumbing down of america”, 1999, (now out of print but available as a free download, and the 2011 updated/abridged version available at amazon.com) have been similarly boycotted by Eagle Forum and other neoconservative organizations, spearheaded this time by the Heritage Foundation, Washington, D.C., and all its state affiliates. Heritage Foundation’s boycott made sense since “the deliberate dumbing down of america” had exposed the Heritage-supported President Reagan-USSR President Gorbachev Education Agreement, 1985, which merged the two education systems, AND the fact that Heritage Foundation’s Richard Allen, formerly a top aide in the Reagan White House, had drafted the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) which was the forerunner to the TPP (TransPacific Partnership) both of which require the education restructuring to global workforce training being implemented as I write.
Communist Core and all curriculum, data collection, assessment, measurement, and brainwashing being implemented under education restructuring require the mind, the conscience, and soul-destroying Skinnerian method and Marxist critical thinking exposed in “Back to Basics Reform… or… OBE… Skinnerian International Curriculum”.
I am writing this article in the hope that Americans will, at this very late date, disassociate themselves from the neoconservative wolves in sheep’s clothing communist/globalist agenda and will jump on a “save America bandwagon”. Americans MUST understand how they have been deceived due to the boycott by the conservative movement of “Back to Basics Reform or OBE… Skinnerian International Curriculum…necessary for United States participation in a socialist one world government scheduled for the early years of the 21st century”, 1984, and of the deliberate dumbing down of america, boycotts that resulted in the education catastrophe prevalent today: the switch from academic education to Skinnerian/Pavlovian/Marxist performance-based behavior modification for school to work training for implementation of the global economy (communist world government). Back to Basics Reform and the deliberate dumbing down of america could have been in the hands of American parents and elected officials and could have had a huge impact in stopping the mind control freight train which is about to reach its destination through Communist Core, Soviet workforce training and brainwashing for creation of the Global Citizen, aka The New Soviet Man.
Here are a few reminders for any “Religious Right” conservatives who wish to bring about a “perfect” millennial global society through atheistic Skinnerian/Bloom techniques and “free market” Skinnerian controlled global charter schools:
1. God gave us a conscience and free will. To use mind-control brainwashing on children is pure evil.
2. There will be no Utopian Christian global order or Age of the Spirit with Jesus ruling on an earthly throne. When Jesus comes again it will be for the final judgment.
“The Son of Man in His day will be like the lightening that flashes from one end of the sky to the other” (Lk 17:24) St. Peter predicts, “The day of the Lord will come like a thief and on that day the heavens will vanish with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire and the earth and all its deeds will be made manifest” (2 Pt 3:10)… At this time, the final, or general judgment will occur… We do not know when the Second Coming will occur. Jesus said, “As to the exact day or hour, no one knows it, neither the angels in heaven nor even the Son, but only the Father. Be constantly on the watch! Stay awake! You do not know when the appointed time will come.” (Mk 13:32-33).
REMEMBER WHAT HAPPENED THE LAST TIME THEY TRIED TO BUILD A ONE-WORLD GLOBAL ORDER IN AN ATTEMPT TO REACH THE HEAVENS?
