Goodlad’s “Study” resulted in the publication by McGraw Hill of the following four very important books which you can buy dirt cheap at Amazon.

Luverne Cunningham, author of “Third Parties as Problem Solvers”, one of chapters in “Communities and Their Schools”, edited by Don Davies, admitted to being a communist at an ASCD Christmas party in early 1980s.

Luverne Cunningham, author of the chapter entitled “Third Parties as Problem Solvers”, one of chapters in Communities and Their Schools, admitted to being a communist at a Christmas party at which social studies change agents were present.

Funding came from many tax-exempt foundations with a small grant from the Dept. of Education. Names of funding sources are listed in front of each book.

I found a huge box containing the Goodlad Study, with all funding sources, etc. in a supply room at NIE while working late at night at Dept. of Ed in 1981. I later ran across this NEA document; you will note it has my ORIGINAL scribble notes on the cover page and elsewhere. I had lost it and was amazed when I found my copy on the Internet…

One cannot really understand the education agenda without reading four books published as a result of this study. Buy them at Amazon. Their cost is mainly postage. No one cares about what government and foundation-funded ed researchers have been doing, or for that matter what evil the tax-exempt foundations have been involved in… proof of that is the shutting down of Norman Dodd’s investigation of the tax-exempt foundations.

Bottom line is the education agenda we are looking at, included in above four books, is communist.

Second bottom line is: WHY ARE WE SURPRISED WHEN OUR YOUNG PEOPLE TURN OUT TO BE MARXISTS RUNNING AROUND THE STREETS OF AMERICA, KILLING AND DESTROYING PROPERTY, INCLUDING STATUES OF AMERICAN HEROES?

P.S. When I called McGraw Hill, after finding “the” box at NIE, the person there promised she would send the four books to me, “even before she sent them to each of the fifty state school officers”.
