For example, in the map I created, NC has the \u2018most educated\u2019 town near Asheville, NC. Asheville isn\u2019t near a bonafied \u201cSmart City\u201d right now (it is in an \u201cInnovation Zone\u201d for NC). The nearest \u201cSmart City\u201d? Charlotte.”<\/em><\/p>\n
